Sarcee Interchange – Calgary, AB (Fall 2015 – Ongoing)
McIntosh Lalani is currently working with Trinity Development Group to provide geotechnical recommendations, quality control monitoring of soils, concrete and asphalt for the construction of a new interchange located near Canada Olympic Park.
61 Avenue SE Extension Bridgeworks – Calgary, AB (Fall 2015 – Ongoing)
Working in collaboration with Graham Construction & Engineering, McIntosh Lalani is providing quality control monitoring for the concrete on this bridge project.
High River Southwest Infrastructure Repairs – High River, AB (Summer 2014 – Ongoing)
McIntosh Lalani is providing quality assurance testing on various structures and roads that were damaged during the 2013 floods. Material testing includes compaction monitoring of road and flood mitigation structures, concrete testing for bridge structures, and asphalt testing during paving.
Bonnybrook Wastewater Treatment Plant – Calgary, AB (Spring 2012 – Ongoing)
McIntosh Lalani is currently conducting quality control monitoring on concrete and soils being used in the treatment plant’s upgrades.
International Facilities Project – Calgary, AB (Spring 2011 – Ongoing)
McIntosh Lalani is pleased to be working for the Calgary Airport Authority to provide quality assurance monitoring of soils, concrete and asphalt for the airport terminal expansion and associated peripheral projects.
Southeast Stoney Trail Project – Calgary, AB (Fall 2010 – Fall 2013)
McIntosh Lalani was retained by Chinook Roads Partnership to conduct quality control testing for this major road project. Material testing included compaction monitoring of all road structures, concrete testing for bridge structures, and asphalt testing during paving.

Telus Sky – Calgary, AB (Fall 2015 – Ongoing)
McIntosh Lalani has been retained by Westbank Developments to conduct quality assurance monitoring of concrete structures for this 59 storey, 221 metre tall, mixed-used tower project. The tower incorporates ultra-high strength concrete, for columns, which requires high capacity compressive strength testing equipment.
Nose Creek Business Park – Rocky View County, AB (Summer 2015 – Ongoing)
McIntosh Lalani is pleased to work with Bentall Kennedy Canada to provide geotechnical engineering and materials testing services for the Nose Creek Business Park development. Nose Creek Business Park is a mixed use commercial development which will include industrial warehouse structures along with retail and office spaces near the CrossIron Mills shopping centre.
The District – Calgary, AB (Fall 2014 – Ongoing)
McIntosh Lalani is working in collaboration with Melcor Developments to provide geotechnical engineering and materials testing services for The District development located in Northeast Calgary. The District is a mixed use commercial development incorporating office and retail spaces.
Brookfield Place Calgary – Calgary, AB (Summer 2014 – Ongoing)
McIntosh Lalani has been retained by Brookfield Property Management to conduct quality assurance monitoring of concrete structures for this commercial tower project which, at 56 stories and 243 metres tall, will be Calgary’s tallest building once complete.
Quarry Park South Campus – Calgary, AB (Fall 2012 – Ongoing)
Working in collaboration with Remington Development, McIntosh Lalani is providing geotechnical engineering and quality assurance material testing for the structures and required infrastructure.
