NW Reservoir Project – Fernie, BC (Winter 2008)
McIntosh Lalani is currently working closely with the City of Fernie and Urban Systems Ltd to provide geotechnical engineering consulting for the new clean water reservoir supply.

Sheep River Water Line – Okotoks, AB (Summer 2008)
McIntosh Lalani is working with the Town of Okotoks to provide sound geotechnical engineering recommendations for the remediation of the Town’s water line crossing the Sheep River servicing many communities on the north side of the river.

Sunset Ridge – Cochrane, AB (Fall 2005 – Ongoing)
McIntosh Lalani is proud to be working with Tirion Development to provide geotechnical analysis, storm pond construction and lining, compaction monitoring, and erosion and sediment control for Sunset Ridge.

Evergreen – Calgary, AB (Summer 2007 – Ongoing)
McIntosh Lalani is currently working with Focus Corp Ltd. to provide an effective Erosion and Sediment Control plan and ongoing control measures for the Evergreen Development, for all stages of construction.

New Telus World of Science Centre – Calgary, AB
McIntosh Lalani is currently working with Stantec Consulting as the geotechnical engineers for the new Telus World of Science Centre.

New SAIT Student Residence – Calgary, AB
McIntosh Lalani served as the geotechnical engineers and provided materials testing services during the design and construction of the new SAIT student residence.

Three Hills Sewage Lagoon – Three Hills, AB
McIntosh Lalani worked with Urban Systems Ltd. and the Town of Three Hills during the expansion of the existing Three Hills sewage treatment facilities.

The Bow – Calgary, AB (Winter 2007 – Ongoing)
McIntosh Lalani is pleased to be providing concrete testing and materials engineering services for the prestigious EnCana Bow Tower project located in downtown Calgary.  One of the project’s highlights was the raft slab poured from May 9-11, 2008, which encompassed nearly 14000 m3 of ready mixed concrete. 

South Health Campus – Calgary, AB (Fall 2007 – Ongoing)
McIntosh Lalani is providing quality assurance testing for the Calgary Health Region on Calgary’s newest hospital project located in the SE subdivision of Seton.  Other recent Health Region projects McIntosh Lalani has been involved in include the Alberta Children’s Hospital and the South Addition at the Rockyview General Hospital. 

G.A.L. Concrete Couriers – Calgary, AB (Summer 2008)
McIntosh Lalani provided engineering consultation and preliminary mix designs for the start up of a new concrete batch plant in NE Calgary.   Concrete testing was carried out to calibrate the new plant equipment and monitor quality.

Southbound Deerfoot Trail (HWY 2) over Stoney Trail – Calgary, AB (Winter 2008 – Ongoing)
McIntosh Lalani is providing quality control testing on behalf of GTS Constructors for the two southbound bridge structures.  This work has been commissioned by Alberta Infrastructure and Transportation and is part of the north leg of the ring road project.

Crowsnest Lake Resort – Municipality of Crowsnest, AB
McIntosh Lalani is currently serving as the geotechnical engineers during the design of the world class Crowsnest Lake Resort for West Creek Development.

Glenmore Trail/Elbow Drive/5th Street Interchange – Calgary, AB (2004-2008)
Working in collaboration with Stantec and the City of Calgary, McIntosh Lalani provided Quality Assurance monitoring on the GE5 project for all of the soils, aggregate and concrete works.

Glenmore Trail Causeway Upgrades – Calgary, AB (2004-2008)
Working in collaboration with ISL and the City of Calgary, McIntosh Lalani provided Quality Assurance monitoring on the GCU project for all of the soils, aggregate and concrete works.

NW LRT Expansion – Calgary, AB (2004 – Ongoing)
McIntosh Lalani is pleased to be working with Stantec and the City of Calgary to provide geotechnical engineering and Quality Assurance monitoring on the NW LRT expansion project.

NE LRT Expansion – Calgary, AB (2008 – Ongoing)
McIntosh Lalani is pleased to be working with Stantec and the City of Calgary, to provide geotechnical engineering, structural pavement designs and Quality Assurance monitoring on the NE LRT expansion project.

Auburn Bay – Calgary, AB
McIntosh Lalani is pleased to be working with Carma Developers to provide geotechnical engineering and materials testing services for the Auburn Bay subdivision in SE Calgary.

Mahogany – Calgary, AB
McIntosh Lalani is pleased to be working with Hopewell Development to provide geotechnical engineering and materials testing services for the Mahogany subdivision in SE Calgary.

Sky View Ranches – Calgary, AB
